So, as I'm sitting here in frigid VB, waiting on this impending blizzard,


it got me thinking of the arctic. Which of course got me started on great movies set in the arctic, of which there are several. And of course, my favorite is "Whiteout". Quite the thriller. Well that got me thinking about the stellar cast. Tom Skerritt, Gabriel Macht, and oh yea Kate Beckinsale. I forgot she was in that movie. And that got me thinking about what a shame she was in the arctic for that movie, because it required her to be all bundled up. As we know fur and fleece are not exactly the most flattering fabrics for a woman. But that got me really thinking about global warming, and how if you look upon it optimistically, you could envision, if you try really hard, what Kate might be dressed in if that movie was filmed a few hundred years from now. And an image popped into my head. And now I'm all warm and cuddly.
